Japan will have a chance to avenge their defeat to Brazil in the last World Cup. The two teams will face off in a four-nation international tournament to be held in Singapore next November.

Paraguay and host Singapore will participate in the tournament called the 'Mizuho Blue Challenge' along with Brazil and Japan. The organizers confirmed the matter to AFP.

The tournament will be held at the Singapore National Stadium from November 13 to 17 during FIFA's international break. Singapore will play Paraguay in the opening match on November 13. Japan and Brazil will take the field the next day. Brazil will face Singapore on the final day on November 17, and Japan will play Paraguay in the other match.

Japan lost 2-1 to Brazil in the last 32 group stage of the last World Cup. This time, they have a chance to avenge that defeat.

On the other hand, Brazil, who lost to Norway in the last 16 of the World Cup, will also have a busy time during the international break. Carlo Ancelotti's team will play two friendlies against Australia in Queensland on September 25 and Brisbane on September 29.

Brazil will then face India for the first time on October 3 at the Salt Lake Stadium in Kolkata. India coach Khalid Jamil has already announced a 26-member squad for the match. The Indian team will start preparations from September 14.
