Following this, the girl’s father and uncle arrived at the scene, apprehended the young man and his friend, and took them to a house in Khudirampalli, located in the Basundhara Park area under the jurisdiction of the Sarsuna Police Station in Behala. The young man’s father was also summoned to the location.

According to the allegations, the young man and his friend were beaten upon arrival at the house. When the young man’s father arrived, he too was subjected to a beating. Ultimately, all three were stripped naked and forced to walk along a busy road in front of the house.

It is alleged that they were threatened with being shot dead; fearing for their lives, they were compelled to walk naked for approximately 50 meters.
